Integrative therapy for trauma, relationships, and self-worth

Whether you're working through past trauma, navigating a relationship, or trying to feel more at home in yourself, I meet you where you are. My approach is tailored to you, not a one-size-fits-all plan, and it's built on the belief that you already have what you need inside you. My job is to help you find it.

MY APPROACH

I'm warm, collaborative, and straightforward. I approach every client with cultural humility, and a trauma-informed lens. My work is evidence based, and I move at your pace. I won't push you before you're ready, but I will offer healthy challenges when they can help you grow.

My Methods:

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

  • Attachment-Based Therapy

  • EMDR

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy

  • The Gottman Method (couples)

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Somatic

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our Process Together

  1. Hypothesizing: We build rapport and I get to know your presentation and life experience through assessment and intake, so we can define together what's going on and why.

  2. Planning: I identify the integrative approach of therapeutic models and interventions best suited to your presenting concerns and goals.

  3. Conversing and Practicing: We put those interventions into practice together through questions, statements, and directives tailored to you.

  4. Feedback: We reflect on what's working (and what’s not) and refine as we go.

  5. Repeat as Necessary: Therapy isn't linear, so we revisit and adjust as needed.
