Fertility anxiety therapy at Rouse is personalized to your unique situation. Sessions typically include:

Initial Assessment (First 1-2 sessions) Your therapist will learn about your fertility journey, current stressors, relationship dynamics (if relevant), and what you hope to gain from therapy.

Developing Coping Strategies Learn practical tools to manage anxiety between appointments, medical procedures, and during the two-week wait. This might include mindfulness techniques, cognitive reframing, or nervous system regulation.

Processing Grief and Loss If you've experienced pregnancy loss or failed treatments, therapy provides space to grieve without judgment or pressure to "stay positive."

Improving Communication For couples, we help you navigate difficult conversations about treatment decisions, financial concerns, sexual intimacy, and differing levels of hope or readiness.
