  • Tuesdays 9-10:20am (Online group)

  • Tuesdays 4-5:20 pm (Online group)

  • Tuesdays 5:30-6:50pm (Queer men’s in-person group)

  • Thursdays 11-12:20 pm (Queer men’s online group)

  • Thursdays 5:30-6:50 pm (Queer men’s online group)

Online through a secure HIPAA-compliant Zoom room

How much & what’s included?

✔️ Free 15-30 minute phone consult

✔️ Two 50 min assessment/intake sessions for $200 total, a $500 value

✔️ $90/group session, all sessions for the month are paid at the beginning of the month

✔️ Some sliding slots are available for those that can prove financial need

What's covered?

The group is designed to help men directly manage their anxiety with help from other group members’ insights, reflections, and personal experiences. There is no set schedule of topics or assignments, and direct advice is not a priority in the sessions. The focus of the sessions will range from participants taking time to share an experience and feel supported by others as well as larger group discussions on topics related to sex and anxiety. 

Some topics can include:

✔️ What does “be a man” mean?

✔️ How anxiety impacts your relationships

✔️ Exploring queer identity & same gender attraction

✔️ Working against toxic masculinity and patriarchy

✔️ Practicing communicating needs and boundaries

✔️ Thoughts and feelings on porn and masturbation

✔️ Barriers to seeking support from other men

✔️ Consent: Hearing no and saying no

Introducing Sex Worriers, a self-paced workbook for men’s anxiety to sex and relationships

Does anxiety prevent you from enjoying sex? This interactive workbook is for men who get stuck in their thoughts, and have difficulty being present enough to enjoy sex and dating. If you've become frozen when talking to a potential partner or during sex, this workbook may help you. Using mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and queer theory, Sex Worries offers solutions for your anxiety.

Exercises include:

  • Grounding skills for anxiety

  • Learning how anxiety impacts you

  • Identifying what turns you and your partner on

  • Exercises to rebuild intimacy with your partner

  • Communication skills to listen and speak with your partner about sex
